FOOD VENDORS

If you would like to participate in the 2023 Upper Missouri Valley Fair on June 21st – 25th, please fill out the below form and submit and we will be in contact shortly.

**A submitted application does not guarantee a vendor spot at this year’s fair**

Once we have received all the applications, we review each one of them and decide how many spaces we need to fill and take from the pool of applications.
We take into consideration the following:
If you have been a previous vendor at our fair.
If you sell a product that we currently do not offer.
The type of booth space do you need to sell your product. (Space limitations)
Your requirement for power and sewer service.
Your requirement of a 2nd vehicle on-premises. (Space limitations)

Applications are accepted free of charge until MARCH 31ST. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 31ST.

The application does NOT guarantee a contract.  All applications submitted will be vetted and selections will be chosen on a variety and uniqueness of the menu.

The following checklist MUST accompany the application

    • Proof of insurance
    • State of ND license number
    • Tax ID number
    • Photo of set up
    • List of menu items

Attendance

42,000 guests attended the 2017 Upper Missouri Valley Fair over 5 days.

Insurance

One million dollar liability insurance must be provided to the Upper Missouri Valley Fair with the Upper Missouri Valley Fair Association as additionally insured.

Contracts

Every individual or company doing business on the Fairgrounds must have a signed contract. Concessionaires and exhibitors are prohibited from assigning, subletting or transferring a space that has been allotted to them, nor shall they sell any product that has not been listed on the contract or approved by the Fair management. Anything sold that is not listed on the contract will result in Termination of contract and removal from grounds.

Vendor Supplies

You need to make up your schedules with your suppliers.
THE SUPPLIERS MUST NOT PASS THE PEDESTRIAN GATES AFTER 9:30 AM.
All deliveries after 9:30am will have to be done in the parking lots and be brought in by hand.
MAKE YOUR PLANS ACCORDINGLY.

Exhibit / Concessions Space Fees

$1,000 up to 15 ft., $100 per each additional foot over 15 ft.

Included Free In The Prices Are:

  • Forklift service for set up and tear down
  • Power
  • On site staff during business hours
  • Free parking
  • Pre advertising if communicated ahead of time
  • 2 daily gate passes (additional passes may be purchased for added staff)

Electricity

CAMPING NOT INCLUDED. Camping spots are available for a separate fee.  Please inquire about camping at the time of application.

Food: All measurements must include awnings and signage

15 foot and under: $1,000

15 foot and over: $100 per each additional foot over 15 ft.

REFUNDS

All payments are final! No refunds on space(s) will be made. Space must be paid in full when the contract is issued. Gate admission is $5 a day for any additional employee/worker.

APPLICATIONS

Normally there are more applications for space than space available (applications will be reviewed upon first come first served basis) and the exhibits space department in its review of these applications, shall exercise its best judgment in determining what is in the best interest of the Upper Missouri Valley Fair and its patrons.
