FOOD VENDORS APPLICATION

  • Applications are accepted free of charge until March 31st, 2023. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 1st. After April 1st, Applications will be $25.00.
  • The application does NOT guarantee a contract. All applications submitted will be vetted and selections will be chosen on a variety and uniqueness of the menu.
  • The following checklist MUST accompany the application

– Proof of insurance
– State of ND license number
– Tax ID number
– Photo of set up
– List of menu items

    • FEE schedule:

– $1,000.00 up to 15 foot
– $100.00 per additional foot over 15 feet

    • Included in the fee:

– Forklift service for set up and tear down
– Power
– On-site staff during business hours
– Free Parking
– Pre-advertising if communicated ahead of time
– 2 daily gate passes (additional passes may be purchased for added staff)

  • CAMPING NOT INCLUDED. Camping spots are available for a separate fee. Please inquire about camping at the time of application.

If you have been selected we will reach out to you by email and payments MUST be made by May 1st. Failure to remit payment will result in your application being terminated and another vendor will be chosen. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

ALL VENDORS MUST BE OPEN FROM 11am to 11pm Daily!!

ALL payments are FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
