FOOD VENDORS APPLICATION

  • Applications accepted free of charge until March 15, 2024
  • Applications received March 15-April 1, 2023 must include a $25 late fee for consideration
  • NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 1ST

**Application does not gaurantee a contract. All applications submitted will be vetted and selections will be chosen based on variety and uniqueness

  • The following check list of items must accompany all applications:

– Proof of insurance
– State ID
– Tax ID
– Photo of set up

  • FEE SCHEDULE:

– UP TO 15 FEET-$1000
– $100 PER ADDITIONAL FOOT OVER 15FT

  • INCLUDED IN YOUR FEE:

– FORKLIFT SERVICE FOR SETUP/TEARDOWN
– POWER
– ON SITE STAFF DURING BUSINESS HOURS
– FREE PARKING
– PRE-ADVERTISING AVAILABLE IF COMMUNICATED AHEAD OF TIME
– 2 DAILY GATE PASSES. ADDITIONAL PASSES MAY BE PURCHASED FOR ADDED STAFF

CAMPING NOT INCLUDED. CAMPING SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A SEPARATE FEE. PLEASE INQUIRE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION IF YOU WILL REQUIRE A SPOT.

RULES AND REGULATION

SETUP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 12PM ON TUESDAY JUNE 25TH

*ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE COMPLETED BY 10AM DAILY AT THE EAST GATE ONLY. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOUR SUPPLIERS AHEAD OF TIME AND HAVE THE APPROPRIATE MEANS FOR TRANSFERING YOUR ITEMS TO AND FROM THE GATE.

*YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN GARBAGE REMOVAL. YOU MUST LEAVE YOUR VENDOR SPACE AS IT WAS WHEN YOU ARRIVED. ANY DEBRIS OR GARBAGE LEFT BEHIND WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ALLOWED BACK TO OUR EVENTS.

*ALL VENDORS MUST BE OFF THE PREMISES BY THE MONDAY AFTER FAIR AT 1PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY VENDORS MEETING TO GO OVER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS/DETAILS. ONE REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR ENTITY MUST BE PRESENT. DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SELECTED.

**ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ICE.

**PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DELIVERIES TO THE GROUND ARE LABELED WITH YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND NOTIFY STAFF OF ANY IMPENDING DELIVERIES TO THE GROUNDS BEFORE HAND. THIS IS TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVED YOUR DELIVERIES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

***HEALTH INSPECTIONS WILL BE DONE ON SITE. FAILED HEALTH INSPECTION WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR CONTRACT, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED, PAYMENT OF FEES MUST BE MADE NO LATER MAY 1ST. FAILURE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION BEING TERMINATED AND ANOTHER VENDOR CHOSEN.

ALL VENDORS MUST BE OPEN FROM 11am to 11pm Daily!!

ALL payments are FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
